I am a seasoned pro-HR, specialized in personal assessment, adult learning and employee engagement / employee experience. I have +6 years background working in prestigious institutions and companies. I worked as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, a global HR consultancy firm. I also spent significant time at the HR Departments of Koç Holding and Arçelik, the only Turkish company on the Fortune 500 list. I am both an ICF (International Coach Federation) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Accredited Executive Coach. Beyond these prestigious accreditations, I have also pursued additional training in various coaching and counseling domains to further refine my expertise and approach in assisting my clients.
